Precioso apartamento junto a Plaza Mayor

Access to the apartment was provided by code, and the keys were left inside. Check-in went perfectly, except that the suitcases had to be carried up to the second floor, although that only had to be done once. The apartment is fully equipped, with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer. The beds were prepared exactly as we had requested. We were in constant contact with the support team, although no assistance was needed. The service was provided perfectly. The apartment is in a tourist area right in the center. It was noisy outside, but the shutters closed tightly, so it did not affect our sleep. The apartment also has air conditioning and two fans. I think the service was excellent, and we are very satisfied.

Everything! It was a perfect location, a great team with kind and thoughtful communication, a fully stocked apartment. Honestly couldn’t have been better.

The stairs up are a little scary, but the building is old and has so much character. Might not be ideal for older guests or people with a bunch of luggage.

・シャワーの温水にリミットがあり(ヨーロッパの住宅にはよくあることだけど…)、家族4人で宿泊したが2人連続ではシャワーが浴びられなかった。途中で冷水になるため、60分ほど待機してから次の人が温水を浴びられる状況。 ・12月末に宿泊したが、寒すぎた。エアコンが2つとも壊れていたのか、30℃設定で2時間ほど待っても部屋が冷え冷えとしており子供は風邪を引きそうだった。外付けヒーターもあったが、一晩つけっぱなしでどうにか小さな部屋があったまるくらいだった。スタッフに新しいヒーターを持ってきてもらうよう頼んだら、翌日には持ってきてもらえたので、その1台で凌いだ。 ・他の方のクチコミにあるように、シャワー洗面所から常に臭いがしていた。鏡が大きく、洗面所でメイクをしたかったが、とてもじゃないがこの臭いの空間で何十分も居られない。 ・冬にはもう泊まらないと思う…が、冬でこの臭いだと夏はもっと厳しいと思う。
