L"appartamento è in pieno centro e tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. È bello affacciarsi e vedere la vita di Madrid con i suoi locali, colori, suoni. La casa possiede tutti i comfort e ospita tranquillamente 4 persone. Dotata di stoviglie e tutto per cucinare.
Lo stabile è piuttosto vecchio e le scale scomode e un po' sporche ma è il prezzo da pagare per stare in un palazzo storico centrale. Il bagno piccolo ma accessoriato.

・部屋の中に生活に必要な物は何でも揃っているので便利！
・徒歩2分のところに24hスーパーマーケットがある！
・スタッフの方々がとても親切で連絡もスムーズ！
・シャワーの温水にリミットがあり(ヨーロッパの住宅にはよくあることだけど…)、家族4人で宿泊したが2人連続ではシャワーが浴びられなかった。途中で冷水になるため、60分ほど待機してから次の人が温水を浴びられる状況。
・12月末に宿泊したが、寒すぎた。エアコンが2つとも壊れていたのか、30℃設定で2時間ほど待っても部屋が冷え冷えとしており子供は風邪を引きそうだった。外付けヒーターもあったが、一晩つけっぱなしでどうにか小さな部屋があったまるくらいだった。スタッフに新しいヒーターを持ってきてもらうよう頼んだら、翌日には持ってきてもらえたので、その1台で凌いだ。
・他の方のクチコミにあるように、シャワー洗面所から常に臭いがしていた。鏡が大きく、洗面所でメイクをしたかったが、とてもじゃないがこの臭いの空間で何十分も居られない。
・冬にはもう泊まらないと思う…が、冬でこの臭いだと夏はもっと厳しいと思う。
