Large apartment in a residence with swimming pool at 900 meters above sea level! In a quiet location, a few meters from the cable car to the Artavaggio floors and near the stop of the free shuttle to the Piani di Bobbio ski resorts. The Residence is organized to offer various services. The swimming pool, heated, covered and 25 meters long, is open every weekend of the year, all of July and August and during school holidays (from Christmas to New Year, Easter and long weekends) and is reserved for condominium guests (with entry pass and limit of 3 people per apartment); the outdoor solarium equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas; the games room is very large and equipped with ping-pong tables, table football and benches for those who want a corner where they can play with friends.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a very bright living room with a kitchenette and a terrace with a view of the mountains, and a bathroom with a shower. It is located on the ground floor, accessible by a few steps. It can accommodate up to 6 people, thanks to the possible use of the sofa bed. Furnished with care, it is made available complete and ready to be used: pots and plates in the kitchen, fresh laundry sheets and towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a welcome kit of flavors in the kitchen.
The apartment is easily accessible by car, or with the D35 bus line that leaves from Lecco.
