Located only a few hundred meters from small shops, restaurants, and bars in the charming tourist center, the apartment is the perfect base for mountain sports enthusiasts, both in winter and summer. The apartment offers easy access to the town center, and within a few minutes by car, you can reach the villages that make up the Valsassina plateau and the parking areas for the cable cars to Piani di Bobbio and Artavaggio. The garage can accommodate cars, bicycles, and guests' sports equipment.
Maggio is an important crossroads for trekking and e-bike lovers, with e-bikes also available for rent at nearby specialized shops. *Nel Blu* is located on the second floor and has recently undergone renovation. It is perfect for those who want to experience the mountains without giving up the comforts of a finely furnished home. The apartment includes a living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed, a master bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. One of the highlights is the balcony with outdoor furniture that opens up to a view of the mountains. The building also features a game room with a ping-pong table.
The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils, freshly laundered sheets and towels, and a welcome kit that includes shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
