La Casa di Pan

The first thing we noticed about the apartment was its lovely, forthcoming host who contacted me in advance with tons of valuable information and was always just a short text away for any questions. Inside, there's a welcoming atmosphere, a lot of space (at least for two people but I think it can easily fit three), several useful appliances (including a coffee maker, a washing machine and a hair dryer), two balconies and a huge TV. We hiked most of the time and the area is AMAZING for it. There are several routes of all difficulties starting right out of the door (or a short walk away), many more are about 20 mins by car. For anyone who's not that much into hiking: you'll be down by the lake in 15-20 mins, too, and free to go in any direction. There's some non-car infrastructure, too (buses mostly). Some note: in the comments that you can hear the pizzeria during opening hours. While yes, true, it didn't really bother us – not to mention it's actually worth a vsiit (we'd recommend booking a table in advance though).

Some of the dishes and silverware are visibly ages. Knives that don't cut as well as they used to, pans that have been scraped one time too many etc. While we were there, there was some road construction going on which led to half the parking spots in front of the house being blocked. We always managed to find something but from time to time just barely so. Otherwise, nothing to complain! And I'm sure if there was, the host would've been quick to help.

Host was AWESOME! Checked in with me to make sure all was well and was very responsive when I asked a question. Villa is beautiful with everything I could possibly need. Even had an ice tray in freezer, which I loved. Air conditioning worked great during the heat wave.

It is located under a restaurant so I could hear them occassionally. Never heard voices but sounded like they were dragging chairs across the floor. Had it not been for this, I would have given them a 10 because the property is so nice.

La Casa era semplicemente perfetta. Accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio e quindi oltre il confortevole. Ogni elettrodomestico a disposizione, locali ampi e ben arredati. L'host Giusy é stata molto attenta, disponibile sulle mie richieste e precisa nel fornirmi chiarimenti e consigli, senza essere invadente.

Praticamente nulla. Andhe le indicazioni per l'ingresso che avrebbe potuto creare qualche problema sono state chiarissime e ho subito avuto accesso.

molto accogliente e comodo, pulizia perfetta, c’era tutto l’occorrente non mancava nulla! bellissima anche la vista sulle montagne dai due balconi!
