Casa Rosa is a special house with lots of character, which we really loved. We were a family of five, and the house was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. Everything was very clean, and I especially enjoyed sitting on the porch every evening, looking out at the mountains.
The nearby town is also very nice and pleasant to visit. Communication with Matteo was excellent—he was very helpful and responsive. We felt that the house offered very good value for money.
Highly recommended!
The only downside was that there is no air conditioning, so the house was a little warm during the heat wave. However, I believe the temperatures during our stay were unusually high and probably not typical for the area, even in summer. This was a minor issue and did not take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. Overall, Casa Rosa was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily recommend it.

Si tratta di un grande appartamento degli anni ‘70, don tre camere da letto e una sal enorme. Al primo piano di una casa con solo due piani e due appartamenti.
Accessoriato di tutto.
Pulizia impeccabile. Biancheria, lenzuola e letti verme ti freschi.
Proprietari gentilissimi.
Bel giardino, ma in comune con l’appartamento a piano terra.
Prese degli anni ‘70 ma ci sono tutti i connettori che servono.
Sdraio per il bel la cone che corre su due lati dell’appartamento.
Bellissimi i tappeti, ma essendo asmatici sarebbe stato meglio non averli.

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Posizione, vista, arredamento, completa di ogni dotazione e tanta cura per i dettagli. Ci sono persino giochi per i bambini, le nostre bambine hanno apprezzato molto!
