About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, this charming house with an area of 135 m2 and can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It consists of a nice living room of 50 m 2, a kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,800 m 2. Sheets, towels, Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
Housing consists of the following:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 50 m2 with TV
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A dining area
- Room 1: with a double bed (140x190) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC
- A separate toilet
- A laundry area with washing machine and dryer
In mezzanine:
- A bearing with reading corner
On the floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Room 3: with a double bed (140x190)
- Room 4: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, dryer, table and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 1,800 m2 open-air garden
- A terrace of 25 m 2, facing South m2 with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The house is ideally located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from all essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
- The path of customs officers that runs along the sea and connects between them beaches and coves
- The golf course of Dinard
- Sails
- Kite-surfs, sailboards, sea kayaks
- Visit of Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cap Fréhel...
- The Mathurin Méheut museum, at Lamballe’s stud, as well as that of his muse Yvonne Jean-Hafen in Dinan
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the house ( up to 4 cars)
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: The TGV station of Saint-Malo about 20min by car
- Nearest airport: Rennes Brittany Airport about 1h by car
Other remarks:
- Free WiFi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- The end of stay cleaning includes preparing accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a proper state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
- For safety reasons, the wood-burning stove will not be available, but convector heaters are available for mid-season rentals.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of the receptions. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
