Lovely spacious property with beautiful garden, the photos didn’t do it justice. Everything that we needed and more, very well equipped for the children (aged 2 and 9 months) especially. Great information pack at the property and a very helpful owner who answered all our queries. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 young children and had acres of space, very helpful for three generations of the family.

We chose this property to celebrate our 50th Aniversary with our family. All nine of us agreed that we made the right decision. The house was superb, the location was lovely and everybody had a wonderful time despite the unseasonal weather.

Open plan spacious house and lovely garden. The house is light and airy with all the facilities you need for a great holiday break. We enjoyed our stay and loved the location as it was close to the beach at the Priory. Can really recommend this accommodation, very family friendly for families with a wide age range of members!

Lovely home both sets of grandparents, kids, us. House is huge and much nicer than photos. Plenty of space and very well equipped. Lovely location. A bit out of town but close enough to walk to beach through nice park& about 35 mins into main center which was enjoyable of an evening once kids in bed. Really happy we stayed, x

This house is truly spacious, superbly equipped/furnished and very well maintained, with a large and secure garden containing a barbecue and children's play equipment. The owner was very helpful. It is a ten minute or so walk from the house via a path through the Parc de Breton to the beautiful Plage du Prieuré, and a further ten to fifteen minutes to the centre of Dinard along the Promenade du Clair de Lune. When not on the beach there are plenty of other things to do. The Tourist Office in the centre of Dinard provides lots of information about what's going on in Dinard and the surrounding area. The aquarium in St Malo is well worth a visit.

Maison moderne, fonctionnelle, dans un environnement très calme, à quelques enjambées de la plage via un parc animalier et de la promenade au clair de lune conseillée par nuit étoilée. Et grand merci à Clara d'avoir, à notre demande, transformé cette maison en internet connected.

Séjour du 16 au 23 avril 2011. Un séjour en famille réussi. Chacune des générations était à l’aise et a apprécié le confort de cette grande maison, lumineuse, bien décorée, bien équipée, bien entretenue, au calme , … on ne peut faire que des compliments A cela il faut ajouter le bon accueil et le soin apportés par les propriétaires soucieux du confort des vacanciers… Maison Idéale pour 8 personnes, adaptée aux jeunes enfants, proche de la plage (le chemin parmi les animaux du parc motive les petites jambes) Nous recommandons cette location, et espérons bien l’adopter à d’autres
