On the ground floor, 1 master suite with its bathroom and Italian shower, 1 bedroom with its shower and sink
Upstairs; 4 bedrooms, 1 with its shower room and sink, 1 bathroom.
Nice enclosed and secure garden with swing, garden furniture, teak garden furniture (14 chairs and armchairs), sun loungers, 3 parasols and WEBER gas barbecue / plancha.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends.
This large house located in Dinard is 300 meters from the Prieuré beach, 500 meters from the Clair de Lune Promenade and shops. Dinard market 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning)
