Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 140 m² house in Beaussais-sur-Mer can accommodate up to 11 guests, 3.8 kms from beaches (10min by car or bike). It comprises a 22 m² lounge area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation is as follows :
Ground floor
- Living area with TV and sofa
- A kitchen opening onto the dining room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor
- One bedroom with three single beds (90x190)
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with shower and WC
- travel cot available
Second floor
- A corridor leading to three bedrooms, two with a queen-size bed (160x200) and one with double bed (140x190)
- A shower room with shower and WC
Outside
- A 40m2 terrace with garden table and chairs (for 12 people) as well as garden furniture with sofas and armchairs and a plancha to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Beaussais-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant, quiet environment 2 minutes' walk from the center and 10 minutes by bike and 7 minutes by car from the beaches. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets are nearby.
