Rather comfortable, very clean and a very well laid out guesthouse. Close to many little eateries and bars. Highly recommend.
The beds were slightly too thin, but for the price it's worth it.

Close to Narita station, which is a few minutes train ride from the airport, and in a nice part of town with little old streets. So location was very good. There was no staff present during our stay, so I cannot comment on the staff.
It is not very practical having to store the luggage in a room at the end of the hall in a different floor than where you are sleeping. It would have been nice to be able to bring luggage into the room. It was very difficult to get into the room, because it works with a code reader that doesn't always react to the numbers you punch in. It often took me 3 efforts (sometimes the alarm went off) and my wife did not manage to get into the rooms at all. (My daughter had no issues with it, though)
