    I had a great stay at Retreat Narita. The futon was incredibly comfortable—if I hadn't had such an early flight, I could have happily slept all day! The entire property was spotless and very well maintained. Although the accommodation uses self check-in and check-out, the instructions were clear, detailed, and very easy to follow. It's an excellent place to stay for anyone with an early morning or late-night flight from Narita Airport. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable layover stay.

    It's a nice dormitory that's only a 5 minute walk from Narita station. Hiro is a very friendly and helpful host who speaks very good English. Entering the dormitory requires going up one flight of stairs and there doesn't appear to be an elevator, so that's something which people travelling with heavy luggage should consider.

    This place is self check-in as there are no staffs here. So you'll have to navigate yourself to your own room and bed based on the instruction manual that you will receive before arrival. The room itself has several beds separated by partition walls. So its not sound proof and you can clearly hear the person next to you. Overall this place is suitable as a stopover for anyone who is going to/from Narita airport.
