    I mean APA is great in general. Plus, this branch has a free shuttle to the airport. Very convenient!

    Overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, after requesting make-up room service, the complimentary bottled water was not replenished on the second day. It's a small detail, but it makes a difference to the guest experience. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to room amenities in the future.

    The rooms are incredibly small, I have been coming to Japan each year for 10 years amd I know most rooms are on the smaller end of the spectrum, however most utilise the space well. This room was way to squishy and the bed was tiny. This would not suit anyone who doesn't like enclosed spaces. Washing machines are in the public bath changerooms, quite awkward for a foreigner who just wants to do their washing. Location is good, close to the airport, that's why a 1 night stay is bearable but not 3. No extras like other hotels will offer such as free afternoon snacks and coffee, you do not get anything with this one. It is actually quite an impersonal hotel, self-check-in and minimal staff interaction. Less than a few hundred metres from the train station. Even though it is on the cheaper end, I don't believe it is value for money in comparison to other hotels in the area.
