Very friendly staff
Bed linen was a little old

I like the location as it was close to the temple and a nice walk. Though with my older Dad I realize that it was too hilly and a spot near the train station would have been better. The bathroom is really new and remodelled. The room is big and comfortable.
Although the room was clean, the carpet was very stained and gave the sense that it was a bit grubby and run down.

Everything wonderful, especially for our first night ever in Japan. The big, comfy beds. The quiet yet close-to-everything location, the private onsen in the room, the pristine and high-tech bathroom, kind service… would stay here again and again!
Absolutely nothing.

Location is okay !
They advertise breakfast. I would not even call it a continental breakfast 👎
Very noisy as well with what seemed like locals using the hotel to party👎
