    One of the receptionists was so rude and unwilling to help. The aircon is was not working, old room and amenities with cockroach and spider display in the window glass.

    The hotel was hard to find if you don't know where the shuttle service is from Narita Station. It wasn't specified for me before check in so I took a local bus to get there. The bus dropped my husband and I off about 15 minutes away from the hotel and we had to walk with our luggage in the rain through a rural bamboo forest neighborhood. Out of all the budget hotels I went to in Osaka and Tokyo I had big expectations for this place because it's considered four star and "luxury" but everything was either faulty or out of date. The middle elavators 9th floor button was not working and the sensor for people in all three elevator either doesn't exist or nneeds replacing myself, my husband, and other travelers were getting trapped between them multiple times. The rooms themselves are outdated, the plumbing sucked, and they expect you to pay for simple amentines like a ping pong table when other (cheaper) locations provide it for free. Just seems greedy in my opinion. Also there breakfast service is 2,000 yen each day...wouldn't not recommend, there are other hotels that do shuttle that are easiee to get to and more updated and welcoming.
