The rooms are a little dated, but not so much that it makes it bad. The convince of the airport shuttles, the decent price and the friendly staff was well worth the stay. We missed our train and came in late and they had no problems getting us checked in quickly. They even upgraded us to the royal king suit which was thoughtful and beautiful.

Great hotel, close to Narita, great bar and restaurants. Perfect for an overnight before flying out of Narita (and free shuttle to and from airport)

Great hotel, it was easy to take the shuttle bus back-and-forth between the hotel and the airport. We also took an Uber into Narita town to have dinner. The hotel is very modern and pleasant perfect for a transit stop like we had.
