The value is excellent for the price and amenities like the public onsen and indoor and outdoor swimming pools are incredible.
Everything was amazing and but location is far away. However, the distance is made up by the free shuttle that will drop you off at Narita International Airport and the Narita Aeon Mall.

Spa, store and restaurants in the hotel.
Shower was a bit problematic. The valve to switch the shower from faucet is broken. But we did some diy so we managed to take a shower.

The shuttle from and to the airport was a plus. The shuttle to and from the city worked well for us.
The hotel is in need of upgrading. The foyer smelt of cooking
