At first when I arrived I was taken back with the outside. It kind is reminded me of a Motel 6. But once I checked in and say the room, I felt so much better! The room was spacious and clean.

The address in the front page is not accurate. Taking the train and bus there took about 40 mins. If you take an uber it’s only 13 mins!

洗面所の蛇口が長くて水が地面に落ちてしまうこと。 廊下からの声や足音がかなり聞こえること。

The staff was a 10/10! Fantastic communication throughout our stay and ensured we had airport shuttle services for 2 kids and 2 adults. One of our kids has a prosthetic leg and the staff did a wonderful job in supporting. Enjoyed the room for the space and beds. Quality price for the reservation and would like to come back in the future. Overall cannot express enough how the staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

Not necessarily didn't like it, just something to be aware of, the location is further away from the airport than expected (roughly 15-20 minute drive). There wasn't enough towels when we initially checked in but the staff did a great job to make sure we had more. Also something to note, the location does not have an elevator. The staircase is a bit steep, especially for carrying luggages but it is manageable. Lastly, the online photo depicts a projector and we did not find it in the room. I'm sure the staff would have supported if we asked but we were extremely tired from the late arrival of our flight anyways.

フロントには誰もいない…用事があっても直通電話が無いので呼び出し出来ない。 階段がすごく急で狭く手すりも無いのでなかなか危険。 アメニティに歯ブラシがない。 電気が時々オフにしていても一瞬ついて夜、寝付きにくい。 手洗い場の蛇口が長く気を使って手を洗わないと周りがベタベタになりそう。
