Despite some of the negative reviews (which admittedly made me question my booking decision) we absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel feels chic, comfortable, and conveniently located. Both Keisei-Narita Station and JR Narita Station are just a short walk away, making it an excellent choice for easy access to Narita Airport. There is also a bus stop right around the corner. One of the buses goes directly to AEON Narita Mall, which makes shopping or spending an afternoon incredibly convenient without needing a taxi or rental car. The reception staff were fantastic: welcoming, friendly, and professional. We had shipped our luggage ahead using Yamato Transport, and everything was neatly stored and ready for collection when we arrived. Our room was located on the 9th floor and offered a lovely view. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a slight musty scent upon entering, reminiscent of an older smoking room, but as a non-smoker, I honestly didn’t find it bothersome. The windows can be opened fully, which is great for ventilation, though families with young children may want to keep that in mind. What impressed me most was the cleanliness. Yes, there were a few stains on the carpet, but that’s fairly common and difficult to avoid in a high-traffic hotel. As someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I was delighted to find the bathroom, toilet, and bedding absolutely spotless. The ventilation worked well, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Rabina, who cleaned our room. Everything was immaculate and clearly well cared for! Housekeeping is performed between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We appreciated that the hotel provided “Do Not Disturb” signs, allowing guests to choose a more convenient time for cleaning if needed. Laundry facilities are also available. Detergent can be purchased at the reception. The lobby area was another pleasant surprise.
The only minor downside was the lack of power outlets near the bed. Most outlets were located near the entrance, TV desk, or bathroom. If you’re someone who likes to use or charge your phone in bed, it may be worth bringing a power strip or charge your phone beforehand.

Location very close to the airport; well connection to Aeon Mall for shopping; nice old style street to a nice temple and mountain; friendly receptionists

The hotel is well located in Central Narita close to train stations and restaurants. It is close to the airport and has some interesting sight seeing opportunities.
Would have appreciated more power points, especially bedside,

Easy access to stations and restaurants and drug store. Rooms were fairly large for Japanese hotel. I believe our room had 22meter squared.
The building is outdated like a decade ago. Not enough electrical outlets and no electrical outlet by nightstand. Air conditioners were so outdated that it only has high, medium, low, off. No easily visible clock, so we had to keep looking at my wrist watch. Hotel has 2 buildings, and to access the “newer” building, you have to enter through main building, go up to 3rd floor and cross the walkway and access another elevator to your room. It’s good if you’re just staying the night to and straight to sleep, but I would put it lower priority on the list if you have other accommodation in mind.
