    Stayed for a night for early flight. Staff was so polite and attentive with free shuttle service to Narita Airport. Room is spacious, clean and well equipped. My daughter enjoyed wearing her slipper and kid size robe provided by them. We will be back here for more nights.

    The hotel was very good and I would really recommend it. The rooms are roomy and clean. It’s in a perfect location in Narita. The only suggestion that I have is to include more international choices with the buffet breakfast like adding more bread choices. The breakfast is mainly warm dishes.

    This hotel provide free shuttle bus to airport, clean place and nice room, just the room is small, you need to close the wash room door only can walk to the bed.

    Always wanted to stay at this hotel as it looks classy from the outside. Unfortunately during my check , it was noisy and a tad unorganized. Hotel lobby always has a strong unpleasant scent. Requested housekeeping for a towel and was asked to self collect at lobby. Location is excellent but I will use another hotel the next time.
