    This is in most respects an average hotel, but for the price it was quite good. Everything I need was there; near the two Narita train stations but still a quiet and restful atmosphere.

    I stayed for one night because it was close to the airport. I mentioned in the booking notes that I was ill and needed fresh air. When I entered the room around 10 pm, it was very old and stuffy. I went to reception, explained the situation, and said I wanted to move to another room on the same floor, but one with fresh air. The elderly employee wanted 6,000 yen to change the room I had booked for*** yen. The room was very old, the location was nice, but the cleanliness was poor. I lost count of how many animals I killed in that room. I chose the shuttle service because of its frequency, but it didn't run regularly, only four times a day.

    Okay hotel, nice lobby. Room is okay, just okay hotel. Great for transit from airport or to airport because you can always explore nearby narita area
