    Reasonable cost hotel, short walk to Narita station. Staff helpful, kept my bags for a couple of hours after checkout. Room comfortable, reasonable breakfast.

    The hotel is a bit dated which adds to it's charm. You can see that it is well taken care of. It's very clean and the staff are very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our breakfast here too :)

    Htel is in the other side of town, which is the quieter side. We enjoyed our stay here, the staff is really nice and accommodating :)

    I went to the hotel through online reservation on 1st of October 2025 and there was a front desk person and shown my reference through the mail . I booked single room with one large bed and smoking room. When I entered to the room I saw there was 2 small beds . So I came back to the front desk and explained to the staff. They can’t even talk single English and I explained to him though translator, but he didn’t listen to me even what I’m saying. He was thought that I’m asking another bed 😂 I tried several times to explain but he never listen to me , he only want to me to listen. No single customer caring , respect , manners …
