Not really able to control the temperature in the room, it was very hot. Staff was very nice though, and the spa was also great

The room was clean and the staff were courteous. The only downside was that wifi in the room didn’t work

This hotel was a joy. The Breakfast, the Onsen the facilities were way better than I imagined. But the Staff was tremendous! Especially ARIEL. He is good at his job because he loves helping people. He was helpful to us, but that enthusiasm never wavered no matter how many guests needed assistance. This will be our go to hotel every time because of the hospitality we were shown.
