    I always enjoy staying at Richmond Hotel Narita. The location is excellent, with easy access to both Narita Station and Narita Airport. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and more spacious than many other business hotels. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and provide excellent service. Given the choice, I would definitely choose Richmond Hotel over APA Hotels. The overall comfort, quality of the rooms, and level of service make it a much better value for my stays.

    Very good location. Walking distance to Keisei Station, restaurants, Lawson. Our room was reasonably spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom fixtures felt a bit dated. The staff were warm, and always willing to help. Overall, it's a very good hotel.

    As a first time visitor to Tokyo and flying in late, used Richmond Narita to get proper rest before heading to tourist attractions. Room was bit small but still good for one. Everywhere was clean and a smart TV was available. Breakfast was also great. This is a suitable hotel to check in and out of Tokyo flight related. Just 5 minutes direct walk from Keisei Narita station.

    Always wanted to stay at this hotel as it looks classy from the outside. Unfortunately during my check , it was noisy and a tad unorganized. Hotel lobby always has a strong unpleasant scent. Requested housekeeping for a towel and was asked to self collect at lobby. Location is excellent but I will use another hotel the next time.
