    Narita is a beautiful town. The hotel is right in the center footsteps away from the Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. Our hotel experience was nothing short of fantastic. Rooms are beautiful and very traditional. We added the full Japanese breakfast and even wore the kimonos provided in the rooms. We stayed at the hotel in hopes that our last night would not just be a transfer night as our flight was at 5:30 out of Narita. It wasn't! The town of Narita is a must see and the temple was our favorite of the ones we saw in Tokyo and Kyoto. We wished we had more time. We definitely will be back!

    I checked in around 6pm with my family. We booked 3 suites and was informed by the front desk that the restaurants onsite are unavailable to us because we didn’t book the reservation at least 3 days prior. The restaurants in the surrounding area all close at 5pm. We asked for recommendations and the front desk agent just gave us a sheet of paper and told us we need to go to the train station for open restaurants. We asked if she recommended anything she said she doesn’t know. The following morning I asked for a late check out for one of my rooms - the lady quoted me $50 until 1pm then later when I called back to confirm the late check out she said it’s $100 for 1pm late check out. $50/hour. The hotel itself is nice and convenient as we needed something close to the airport for our flight the next day. But the staff and location for late arrivals sucks. They were not accommodating at all
