It was fresh, clean and comfortable. And we had clear instructions regarding the location of the key and entry to the property.
It didn’t worry us, but there are two flights of stairs to the apartment.

Located in a good position to the cruise port with plenty of restaurants nearby.
Air conditioning failed first night, you are instructed not to set the temperature below 23 degrees as this may cause the system to fail requiring a technician to repair. We had it set at 25 degrees!! Balcony and court yard are hardly usable with no views and pigeons cooing. Also, there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the first floor apartment.

L'appartamento è sicuramente in una posizione privilegiata vicino la Piazza Unità d'Italia e di fronte al mare. All'interno è ben fornito del necessario e pulito.
Purtroppo l'appartamento non ha luce se non un affaccio in un pozzo luce interno e di contro non ci sono tende oscuranti, per cui al mattino entrava luce sufficiente a svegliarci. Inoltre sotto l'appartamento vi è un locale/rosticceria e la mattina alle 6.30/7.00 venivi svegliato da un odore di frittura nauseabondo. Anche la sera a cena, quando il ristorante era in funzione, l'odore entrava in camera molto forte.
