The apartment itself is not bad, spacy and clean overall. The bed was good. You may find everything you need. I spent good time in fact, but I would prefer to see from my balcony forest. In fact only a small piece of forest.

From the balcony you may see only constructions around, buildings. The forest itself a small piece. Big hotel around in construction creating noise and dust. You should just walk some meters through the dusty road, to come to the forest street which is quite pleasant. I was a little disappointed from my stay and I was disappointed of Tsaxkadzore that I adore and I was deeply upset to see the forests and green places disappearing small by small.

The stay was absolutely wonderful. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially in the morning. The place was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The host was also very kind and helpful.

Honestly, everything was great. No major issues during the stay.

Очень чистый и уютный номер. Всё было аккуратно и комфортно, есть всё необходимое для отдыха. Отличное расположение, красивый вид и приятная атмосфера. Остались очень довольны.
