Clean comfortable and good value

It would have been nice to be checked in not just directed to a keyboard by email. This made it feel very impersonal, like they only want your money but they don't want to be bothered by you. Just an observation. Not a complaint. The room was excellent and I'd recommend a stay to anyone.. Lord Malcolm Fairclough.

Good communications ahead of arrival outlining how to enter the property. Codes for the gate and lock box for the keys were easy. The room was a good size and comfortable. It was clean and ready for arrival.

A chair in the room would have helped, rather than sitting on the bed or the foot rest they had. The bed was a little low for me being tall, but it was comfortable.

Great value secure and spotless.

Telly is a bit iffy, Wi-Fi issue?? Mattress is poor quality, needs a topper !

The private entrance through keypad gates allowing added security. Cleanliness. Tea/coffee facilities in room, although if you don't or can't drink cows milk, you have to bring ur own. En-suite bathroom. Plenty of drawer space and double wardrobe, although only 4 hangers provided. Freedom of coming and going as you please. Parking available, although not within security gates. Unless you are staying in the campsite.

Finding the building is actually called 'The Fox'! Which didn't help with direction as I drove past but only pulled over as I recognised the building from the pictures. Booked king size room/bed but was actually a double bed? (Large bed frame but double mattress) 🤔 going up flight of stairs to get to room. Anyone who is disabled, I wouldn't recommend you stay in any of these rooms. (See pic with keyboxes) as you weren't allowed to park behind the gates, this made it awkward taking our luggage to car. Any EV drivers, make sure you're car is charged plenty as owners would not allow me to charge my car (offered to pay) even though there are outside plugs available? Bedside drawers broken at bottom (see pics) difficult to open/close drawer. No physical/visible staff available for any queries or help. Emergency card with help advice and numbers on found in drawer? Maybe petty to some, but toilet roll holder tucked behind next to cistern, meaning you have to crook your back to reach some when sitting on toilet. Wardrobe handles loose.
