Sehr schöne Wohnung. Geschäfte, Kneipen u. s. w. alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer und auch das Bad sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Der Balkon ist, gelinde ausgedrückt, sanierungsbedürftig und leider auch nicht sauber. Einmal haben die Hausbewohner im Untergeschoss von 4:00 Uhr nachts bis 6:30 Uhr sehr lautstark auf ihrer Terrasse/ Balkon gespeist und dies nicht nur mit lautstarker Musik unterlegt, sondern auch voller Inbrunst mitgesungen.

ブレーメン中央駅からトラムで３駅目の停留所のすぐ近く。荷物少なければ徒歩圏内。 静かな住宅街。 スーパーや沢山の飲食店もトラムで１駅。 広くて豪華なアパート。広くて素敵な景色の窓。 100以上の多チャンネルテレビ。 大きな冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫やキッチン設備。使わなかったがオーブンやジャグジーもある。
上の階の客が部屋がどこか分からずドアを開けてくるので注意。Wifiは夜中から午前中まで消える。
