A great place to stay for the night for a wedding nearby and as a base to explore the Peak District. Room was very clean with a good bathroom. Well stocked with tea and coffee. Able to park outside no problem.
The room was very hot through the night but due to the noisy road we couldn’t sleep with the window open. It would have been useful if there was a fan available to help with the heat. There were no options for food so breakfast wasn’t available to purchase in the morning.

Lovely room & bathroom which were obviously recently renovated to a high specification
It’s a shame that they are not currently serving food-it would have been preferable to just go downstairs to have a meal in the evening & also for breakfast

Clean and cosy
Few details that could have been better. Cobwebs were off putting .

Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee available. Clean. Very quiet location. Room good size
No breakfast as no chef. No continental offered just told to go up the road to another establishment. Breakfast was included in the price.
Shower temperarure intermittent. No shampoo available in bathroom. Water didnt drain - i was worried there would be a leak.
Unfortunately the wallpaper needed attention in the bedroom as hanging off.
No wardrobe just 1 hanger behind the door.
