Récupération des clés en boite à clé. Echanges écrits faciles et rapides avec les propriétaires. Parking aisé et pas cher du tout. Logement entièrement équipé, peut-être ajouter un mini-four.

L'isolation phonique. On en entend beaucoup les gens dans la rue, les voisins mais nuit calme toute de même.
