Seems unfinished but great location & secure parking

Location central. Parking secure and on site. Quiet. Reasonable price. If it is completed to a higher standard it would be fantastic.

No clothes dryer even though it was listed (and we really needed one as it was raining). No toaster. It looks like a lot of effort has gone into renovating this apartment but unfortunately it has an unprofessional finish. Cupboards don’t close properly, walls are uneven, gaps under doors.

Well centered, private parking space, as we had bikes on the car, and did not want to take them off, that was very handy Clear instructions to get there. Bedsheets and towels were clean, but not ironed.

It was very humid, moldy and tapestry came off in the bathroom. It is a cellar apartment, so naturally you can’t avoid humidity but the smell was quite bad. Kitchen is not well equipped, we had the impression that we needed to clean everything before use.

Location is excellent, the big shopping mall just around the conner

I would expect a workable tower rack, standard freezer during my stay. There are 2 bedrooms but one of them has engine sound all night.

Proche du centre-ville.

L'une des serviettes de bain mise à disposition était humide et sentait le moisi. La cuisine était sale et peu équipée la cafetière était dans un état lamentable. La literie est vieille et vraiment pas confortable. Les couettes étaient extrêmement fines et il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans les chambres. L'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas sur le lavabo de la salle de bain. L'appartement est semis sous-sol, donc les fenêtres donnaient toutes du côté de la cour. Ma question est donc : ou donne cette porte vitrée en plein milieu du salon ? L'appartement était pour 4 personnes et pourtant nous n'avions le droit qu'à une place de parking j'aurais aimé être mis au courant dès le départ.

Odeur de tabac persistante hélas.sanitaire propre chambres aussi mais pas la salle de séjour ,aspirateur n’a pas du être passé avant notre arrivée,dommage.Équipement cuisine et vaisselle tout à fait minimale . Mais le fait d’avoir un parking privé en centre-ville est primordial. Merci Je recommande

Appartement en demi sous-sol, qui manque de finitions, les travaux sont sûrement encore en cours. Manque d'équipements dans la cuisine, certaines vaisselles étaient inaccessibles car trop haut. Manque de rangements dans l'une des chambres. Beaucoup de potentiel quand il sera terminé.

Las fotos engañan un poco

El parking gratuito junto al apartamento y que sólo estuvimos un día. Las camas eran cómodas. Para pasar la noche estuvo bien.

El alojamiento da la sensación de estar sin terminar, con acabados pendientes y detalles descuidados. Hay una puerta en el baño extraña, cerrada y un ventanal tapiado. En general tiene aspecto de obra reciente pero que, según veo en los comentarios, se mantiene así desde hace tiempo. La cocina no está mal pero faltaban elementos básicos, como un secaplatos o algo que cumpliera esa función. En una de las habitaciones no había muebles para apoyar la valija ni para colgar ropa, solo un sillón moderno sin utilidad. El baño es incómodo: tiene escalones y las llaves del lavabo se desprendían. La de agua fría no funcionaba y solo quedaba la caliente, que también se salía, lo que hacía difícil usarlo sin quemarse. Avisé al anfitrión por chat, pero nunca respondió. El inodoro está justo debajo de una pared que sobresale; si medís más de 1,60 m, es fácil darse un buen golpe. La entrada tampoco resulta segura: al bajar a la casa había un cable grueso aparentemente de una bomba de agua, mal colocado que nos llevamos por delante.

L'accés és per unes escales molt petites i dretes. Una persona en mobilitat reduïda té problema per accedir. Hi ha instalacions elèctriques creuant les escales. Les portes totes fan soroll i el wc és molt alt i molt mal col•locat. Incòmode. El wifi és molt justet. Una habitació te molt lloc per posar estris i l'altra una trista cadira.

D’apparence, ce logement est vraiment jolie. Cependant, une fois à l’intérieur, nous remarquons que cela n’est que « sur photo ».

La propreté laisse vraiment a désirer. Les cheveux/poil dans la douche. À mon arrivée, la chasse d’eau n’était même pas tiré. De l’aliment moisi dans le tiroir de la cuisine, aux marques de graisses partout. Nous sommes vraiment sur un logement non entretenu.
