Appartement Perret - Hyper Centre

The place was beautiful and really nicely renovated. It was very clean and the host was the most helpful and friendly. We felt welcome. Location is perfect. The curtains don't let any light in, so it's easy to sleep. I would recommend this place to everyone and would absolutely visit again.

There's a bit of traffic and if you sleep windows open during hot summer time, you hear all the noise from the streets.

- The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: there was visible dirt around the room thresholds (see photo), which was quite unpleasant. When I mentioned it to the host, he said that it was "just a floor glue". Well, maybe it had been a glue at the beginning, but now it's a very dirty glue... I showed him the pictures hoping that he will offer to clean it; instead he started literally "gaslighting" me: "don't worry, we clean thoroughly, the apartment is clean..." Well, it is not. There were also some other things like dust under the bed etc. but they were not so visible as those thresholds. This is the first time in my travelling experience when the host is in denial despite the documental facts... - The apartment looks a bit like a social housing built somewhere in 80's, judging by the doors, floors, toilet etc. Some doors can't be closed properly: I was really shocked one night when I went to bed in the dark and several minutes later the bedroom door suddenly burst open very loudly - it seems the old latch didn't fit its hole anymore. - You should bear in mind that the building is very close to the road and it's quite noisy from the traffic. Besides, all the windows are "french" and not too tight, so in addition to the noise in spring, when the heating is off, it can be quite chill in the apartment (we were at the beginning of May)

Appartement propre et calme. Le confort est très bon. L’hôte est très accueillant.

4eme sans ascenseur. Les valises ne doivent pas être trop lourdes. Pas de place dans le parking de la résidence
