La propreté au top. Des choses simples comme fu papier WC de l'huile ... et surtout du café pour le lendemain quand on arrive tard à l'appart. Petite douceur en cadeau j'apprécie.
Franchement c'était top mais sans Clim c'est dommage avec cette canicule. Le frigo encastrable dégage une énorme chaleur. Un petit top serait plus isolé.

J’ai apprécié l’accueil, la propreté de la chambre, le calme de l’établissement et son emplacement. Le séjour s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble.
Le principal point négatif a été l’absence de climatisation. Pendant la période de canicule, la chambre était très chaude. Le ventilateur était utile, mais il ne suffisait pas à rafraîchir la pièce. Une climatisation rendrait le séjour beaucoup plus confortable en été.

Bâtiment trop grand un vrai labyrinthe pas facile de si reperer accés clés compliqué. Extérieur avenue très bruyante travaux marteau piqueur jusqu'à minuit Avec la chaleur, pas de climatisation frigo très petit pas de Freezer porte de douche défectueuse ne ferme pas. En ce qui concerne les indications pour accéder à l'appartement elles nous sont données à la dernière minute c'est un peu juste et trop de messages d'Urban Chic . Par contre pour nous demander le dépôt de garantie (300€) là pas de soucis
