La Terraza, T2 avec Clim, Parking, Port Marianne

Nice apartment with well working air conditioning that was able to keep up with one of the many heatwaves this summer. The large balcony was perfect for catching some early morning sun before it got too warm. Roll down shutters helped to keep the sun out during the afternoon and kept it nicely dark in the bedroom. The balcony looks out over some green space and some scathered houses with plenty of privacy, it does not feel like you are in the city. There are two supermarkets south of the apartment on a 5-10min walk. There are all kinds of restaurants all around. The Esplanade de l'Europe is a 10min walk to the north-east where you find several bars, cafes and restaurants. From there you can walk east to Antigone which has water fountains and many more restaurants. Further east still, you find the big Polygone shooping center. On the other side of the Polygone shopping center you reach the Place de la Comedie with many cafes and terraces, north of it is a nice park and more water fountains to run though.

We had to pick up the keys on the other side of town, we were coming from that direction anyway, so it wasn't too inconvenient but we noticed only at the last minute that the pick up location wasn't near the apartment at all.

L’emplacement est super pour les transports en communs. Emplacement idéale pour les étudiants qui veulent aller à l’Université de Montpellier, l’université se trouve à 3 min à pieds, les bâtiments sont juste en face du logement. La petite résidence est vraiment calme et rassurante.

Aucune mauvaise chose à dire, que du positif. Par contre, il faut savoir que le logement n’est pas accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite car l’appartement se situe au deuxième étage uniquement via des escaliers, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.
