Elegantis Labicana Apartment - Few steps from the Colosseum

The location is very good, quiet, near metro and bus stations, 3-5 minutes from Colosseo. Very comfortable beds, the apartment is neither big, nor small. Hot water whenever with automatic Bosch heater! Nespresso machine available (the first 6 capsules are in the kitchen allready. Modern dishwasher available and, when we needed capsules for it, the hosts just brought a few! Tv in both bedrooms and in the living room / kitchen (not that we used them but, we could if we wanted to...). 50 meters from the entrance there is a Carrefour Express for your daily needs! Every morning fresh bread etc for our breakfast! The block of flats had a door keeper all day long, extra security feeling.

If you want to stay somewhere that feels like you're living in Rome while being just moments from the Colosseum, this is the perfect place. The apartment was spotless, quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. As you step outside, you can see the Colosseum just to your left, and there's a handy grocery store directly across the road. It's also just a short walk to the charming Monti neighbourhood, which we absolutely loved. The Trevi Fountain is around a 25-minute walk away, and Trastevere is easily reached by Uber or bus. There's also a metro station nearby, making it easy to explore the rest of Rome.

The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be having a place to store luggage on departure day. The host recommended a nearby luggage storage service, but it involved crossing the road and carrying our bags up some stairs, which wasn't ideal. If luggage storage could be offered somewhere within the apartment building, it would truly be the icing on the cake.
