Wow!!! The property is genuinely a short stroll to the colosseum. It’s excellent..it really is. It’s clean, well furnished, bright and we were made to feel so very welcome! Seriously, this property AND THE TEAM were exceptional! And a very big thank you to Deborah! Always available to help, some superb restaurant recommendations too! You made our trip to Rome so very special!! Grazie Mille!!

The location was really good for what we had planned. Walkable to many things.
Opening the main entrance door was a problem repeatedly. One ice cube tray was not enough. Initial contact was delayed. It was unclear if we could have accessed the space sooner. Too few towels for 3 days 2 pillows for each guest would have been nice.
