Rome in Style Colosseum

Todo bien , cercano al colosseo y a termini, limpio, cómodo

Quizás se heche de menos una botella de agua en la nevera cuando hace mucho calor, pero por lo demás muy disponibles

Wow!!! The property is genuinely a short stroll to the colosseum. It’s excellent..it really is. It’s clean, well furnished, bright and we were made to feel so very welcome! Seriously, this property AND THE TEAM were exceptional! And a very big thank you to Deborah! Always available to help, some superb restaurant recommendations too! Polecamy obiekt - bardzo dobra lokalizacja - 3 sypialnie i 2 łazienki pozwolily wygodnie spedzic nam czas. Podrozowalismy w grupie 6 osob w wieku od 12-76 lat. W okolicy apartamentu znajduje metro, przystanek, sklep Carefure. Lokalizajcja zapewnia dobry punkt wypadowy do ktorego mozna wrocic odpoczac i ponownie udac sie na kolejne zwiedzanie.

Brakowalo nam miejsca na rozłożenie ubran - szafy zamkniete na kłudki, za mala ilosc sztućcy - tylko 4 widelce 🙁, trzeba rowniez pamietac o tylko jednym gniazdku elektrycznym w apartamencie dedykowabym do urzadzen typu żelazko, mikrofala i prywatna suszarka - znajduje sie w kuchnii za mikrofala 🙁, wielokrotnie moelismy problem z otwarciem drzwi wejsciowych , ktore to sa zniszczone od zewnatrz przy zamku - pewnie z powodu problemów z otwarciem

Very convenient location, nice size living area

⸻ The place itself was decent overall, but there were a few inconveniences: not enough power outlets to charge our devices, toilets that didn’t flush properly, a second room without air conditioning that was uncomfortably hot, and a rather small kitchen. These were manageable, and we did our best to adapt. However, the real disappointment came when we accidentally left behind a piece of luggage after checking out. While we fully acknowledged it was our mistake, we tried to make the retrieval process as smooth as possible—offering several collection options and remaining in communication. Unfortunately, the hosts were uncooperative and even threatened to take the bag to the police if it wasn’t picked up by 9 PM the same day (despite us already being en route to Positano, making that timeline impossible). Thankfully, our new host in Positano went above and beyond to help. She not only contacted the Rome hosts on our behalf to try to resolve the situation but also arranged for her brother, who lives in Rome, to collect the bag and bring it to a storage facility so we could retrieve it on our way home. To top it off, they refused any compensation and were simply happy to help. To the hosts in Rome near the Colosseum: perhaps take a page from our wonderful Positano host’s book and learn what genuine hospitality and helpfulness really look like.
