Very good location. Very clean. Very friendly team.
Kirchen could be equipped a little bit better but it’s alright for a couple of days if you mainly want eat outside.

The apartment was located fairly close to the Colosseum, there were restaurants in the area where you could go for lunch/dinner, rooms were spacious.
The apertures were really poor with lots of noise coming from the road that was passing in front of the building. I was told windows would be replaced very soon so hopefully noise problem is solved. Initial info from host was incomplete/unclear. Leaking bidet.
