Casa di Bine is a holiday apartment that enjoys a privileged position in the heart of ancient Rome, a stone's throw from the Colosseum and the Fori Imperiali. Despite its central position, it is located in a typical, very quiet residential building, with two internal courtyards, perfect for the most demanding of sleepers and particularly suitable for families traveling with children and the elderly.
Recently renovated with quality materials and elegantly furnished, the apartment is spacious and bright and offers a welcoming and relaxing environment, equipped with all comforts. The cleanliness of the rooms meets a high standard and the luxurious hospitality is made perfect by a careful concierge service, which will give you the pleasure of a completely carefree and unforgettable holiday.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, the kitchen and 2 bathrooms; It is located on the fourth floor of a very quiet building, inhabited by residents, and very safe, with a gate at the entrance, a fountain with red fish in the courtyard and a small typical iron elevator.
Casa di Bine can accommodate up to 7 people; whether you are a couple or a large family, you will have access to the entire apartment.
All rooms have a window overlooking the internal courtyard; that of the Vintage room has a broad view of Via Labicana. You can see all the rooms in the photos, a caption will show you which one you are looking at.
- The MASTER room: a warm, bright and quiet room where you can enjoy a good rest in a king size bed.
- The WHITE room: an intimate and cozy room, perfect for children or young couples.
- The VINTAGE room: an enchanting and spacious room furnished in vintage style; it can be used both as a living room and as a third bedroom, where it can accommodate 3 people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed and a second sofa bed.
- The BEIGE bathroom: an elegant bathroom with a large shower.
- The GRIGIO bathroom: a larger, bright and finely furnished bathroom with bidet and bathtub.
- The KITCHEN: a splendid equipped kitchen, where you can enjoy an excellent Italian breakfast or a good meal prepared at home, breathing a retro chic atmosphere.
If you love exploring the less traveled by tourists, buying local products at the farmers market near the Circus Maximus, and having a picnic in the nearby Rose Garden, then this is the right place for you.
The neighborhood is beautiful to explore on foot, going in search of small local shops along the most residential streets. Those who love to run and stroll in the green can enjoy parks and enchanting paths nearby, such as the Park of Colle Oppio, Villa Celimontana, the Circus Maximus and the Baths of Caracalla. Bicycle lovers, however, can take advantage of a convenient bike rental shop right next to the entrance of the building.

This was our family's first trip to Rome. Spent the New Year's celebrating at the Colleseum. Location is in a very safe neighborhood. Grocery store accross the street. Giuseppina is one of the best hostesses. She went above and beyond, arranged transportation, checked-in with us during our trip, and answered all questions. She provided everything you need to know in a handbook. Apartment was super clean and perfect for our family of four. Stayed for a week.

We loved the place, everything we needed as a family of 4 for a great stay in Rome. Location was fantastic just a short walk to the colosseum. We would stay there again.

The apartment was VERY SAFE with 2 locked gates/doorways before you even made it to the apartment door which was made from an old safe. It was spacious and comfortable and the host was very kind and accommodating. Best of all, a grocery was across the street which enabled us to eat healthy and pick items we might have forgotten. Love this place and thanks very much Giuseppina!

Giuseppina was awesome and very accomodating. We arrived very early in the morning and she allowed us to check in the VRBO early and met us there. The location was the best. Easy access to Metro and easy walk to stores, restaurants, and colosseum. We loved the apartment which was very clean and comfortable. We will definitly be back and choose to stay here if available.
