We stayed at the 4-bedroom luxury apartment in Burj Vista and were blown away by the incredible view — it’s truly 5-star. You can see the Burj Khalifa in all its glory right from the living room, and even catch parts of the fountain show. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable for our group of six, with plenty of room to relax.

However, for a property described as “luxury,” there were a few areas that needed improvement. Both showers had noticeable mould around the silicone, and the bathroom sinks were not as clean as expected, particularly around the drain area. The kitchen was missing some basics such as sponges, cloths, and tea towels, which meant we had to go out and purchase our own. It would also be a nice touch to include simple essentials like salt, oil, and laundry detergent for guests’ convenience. Overall, the apartment offers unbeatable views and a great location, but it’s starting to feel a bit run down and could use some maintenance and attention to detail to truly match its “luxury” label. With a few updates and better housekeeping, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

The location, the view and the convenience

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft direkt gegenüber vom Burj Khalifa war einfach perfekt! Alles war super komfortabel und picobello sauber. Man merkt sofort, dass an jedes Detail gedacht wurde – sogar frisches Wasser, Nespressokaffeemaschine und eine superausgestatte und saubere Küche stand für uns bereit. Die Wohnung war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch sehr gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet, inklusive erstklassiger Bettwäsche und einer großzügigen Auswahl an Handtüchern und Geschirr. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend, die Nachbarn freundlich und das gesamte Gebäude in einem ausgezeichneten, sehr gepflegten Zustand. Besonders angenehm: Es gibt einen direkten, klimatisierten Durchgang zur Dubai Mall – man muss also nicht durch die Hitze laufen, sondern erreicht alles entspannt und komfortabel. Obwohl wir sehr spät angekommen sind, lief der Check-in reibungslos: Karim hat uns innerhalb von fünf Minuten herzlich begrüßt und die Schlüssel übergeben – ein großartiger Service! Auch der Empfangsbereich im Gebäude ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, klimatisiert und äußerst sauber. Die Security und das gesamte Serviceteam arbeiten freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!
