Balcony facing the sunset and Miramare. Buses to downtown and station frequent. Facilities were fine, place clean. Shower in bath was OK for us. Lots of space for clothes etc. Lift was fine. Enjoyed the city and Miramare very much. Walked in the Rosandra nature reserve and on the Napoleon path, all accessed by city buses. Fortunate enough to be present on Bloomsday. Swan near Miramare.
Street door lock was a bit tricky to turn.

Beautiful view with nice balcony, and comfortable bed.
It is very rare but we were very disappointed by the hosts.
First, they asked us to pay 30 euros for a baby cot which is quite odd - you either have it or not, but you don’t ask a little extra.
Second, on the day of check in, they said they were in trouble with previous guests and had to delay check in. We were very understanding and have them all the time that was needed zero complains.
However, when I asked them for a late check out (usually at 10am) to compensate for the inconvenience, that was a hard no. All of a sudden, the next guests were checking in at 13:30 instead of 15:00. When I made a remark that this was a bit unfair all in all, they escalated a little.
Anyhow, a good place but a bit unpleasant experience with hosts.

Die Größe der Wohnung ist toll. Die Ausstattung sehr schön, vor allem der große Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer sowie großzügiger Stauraum.
Der Aufzug im Haus ist sehr klein. Für Personen mit Platzangst problematisch.
