Las habitaciones son grandes, la limpieza de la casa es excelente, los colchones son cómodos, disponibilidad de aire acondicionado que para verano se necesita porque da mucho el sol en la casa y posibilidad de parking, necesario porque apenas hay aparcamiento en la zona.
Las almohadas de todas las habitaciones eran muy incómodas, los vecinos muy ruidosos por la noche en horario de descanso, el edificio y el ascensor son muy muy antiguos (afortunadamente nada que ver con el apartamento que está reformado) y el apartamento está a más de media hora caminando del puerto.

The apartment is very well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out. The air conditioning works exceptionally well, and the kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you need. Overall, the facilities are above average and made our stay very comfortable. It is really "Above the Rooftops of Trieste". :) I liked the style of the accommodation. It is comfortable up to 6 people. There are 3 cafés within 100 metres. Probably it is the best accommodation where I have stayed so far.
Unfortunately, there was a concert in a nearby square during our stay, but this had nothing to do with the accommodation. If it was just a one-time event, it's not an issue. However, if concerts like this take place every summer weekend, the noise can be heard in the rooms until late in the evening. Of course, if you enjoy discovering up-and-coming local Italian musicians, you might actually see this as a bonus. :)

Appartement grand et très bien équipé.
Place de stationnement sécurisée à proximité.
Climatisation qualitative.
Très propre.
Présence de 2 vespa sur la place de stationnement au garage, du coup 1 seul des véhicules a pu être parké au lieu des 2 initialement prévus. Stationnement très compliqué sur la voie publique.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Auch der Garagenplatz ist in dieser Gegend sehr wichtig - für Elektroautos sogar mit Ladestation (was in Triest auch ein wesentliches Asset ist).
