Hotel is just across Burnham Park and Children's park. Within city center so lakad lang kami going to Session Road and SM. Along the road at madali pumara ng taxi.
For the room, the staff promptly responded to our request for a room transfer due to concerns sa cr. We stayed on the ground floor. Malinis at mabango naman kaso may nakapasok na ipis.
Its indeed an old hotel and some facilities need checking and repair. In our room, the shower and door lock need repairs.
Staff service is good and responsive. But had to directly contact them since unresponsive sa Agoda.
Confirmed na may free unli coffee at room wifi.
Over-all, good choice for a budget hotel na tulugan lang after pasyal. Other hotels at the same price, malayo na sa city, particularly Burnham Park.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is one of its biggest advantages—it's in the city center, feels safe, and has transportation conveniently available right outside the hotel. There’s also a convenience store nearby, which makes it easy to get anything you need.
The hotel itself is quite old, but it is still reasonably maintained. The interior has an old-house feel, so I hope the hotel can continue improving and updating the rooms and overall appearance in the future.
I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tissue provided. The heated shower and bidet were definitely a plus and made the stay more comfortable.
Overall, it’s a convenient and practical place to stay, especially because of its great location and accessibility. With some improvements and renovations, I think this hotel could be even better.

Although the actual stay was fine, i feel like i paid a little too high for the condition of this property. It's very... antique. Just a fan in the room. But I guess I paid for location.
