    We were initially assigned a room with no windows which was super suffocating. they moved us the next day with a view of burnham park and it was perfect

    The place itself was nice, clean, comfortable, and very accessible\. However, our check\-in experience was disappointing\. There were many people in the lobby, and we were among the last guests to be assisted\. Although it was already our scheduled check\-in time, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes before we could check in, while other guests had already been accommodated on time\. One staff member was also rude when responding to our questions, which made the experience even more unpleasant\. I hope the management can improve the check\-in process, manage the lobby more efficiently, and provide better customer service so future guests will have a smoother experience.
