Location is good although not near the mall. The staff that should be helping you with your luggage, not in sight. Appeared and ready to help when you already carried our luggage up the stairs. The TV has only 1 channel. I ask why? Was told if in "standard room" reception is not good. Interpretation: you have to be in a higher than a standard room to get a better Tv reception. The buffet is good but you have to undergo a TSA-LIKE check point to go in and when you're done. Parking is free, for guests. If ask if will go back, I say yes because it is better compared to others.

Room is spacious with complete usual necessities (towels, toiletries, fridge). The "extra" reclining chair is a nice touch, if not a very good addition, esp. for those with infants. Although the facilities seemed dated (shower heads, bed frames, tables), they are still fully functional and serve their purpose. They can improve on the linens and pillow sheets 'though, since some of them appears to be torn possibly to overusage/excessive wash. One of the very few hotels in Baguio that comes with a pool. Since Baguio is known to be cold, converting the pool into a heated one might make tha pool more relevant to the guest stay, esp. for kids. Food, esp. breakfast is a must-have experience staying in this hotel. They have wide selection of quality food. Although the queue might be quite a burden, its value for money makes it worth it.

Long line during buffet breakfast due to mixed hotel guest and walk-in customers.hotel guests should be prioritized over walk-in customers to avoid standing too long specially the senior citizen hotel guests.hoping that the hotel management will do something about it.
