    We recently stayed in a quadruple room and had a wonderful experience. Here is a breakdown of what makes this property a great choice, along with a minor room for improvement. Location & Accessibility * Prime Spot: The location is fantastic! It is very close to SM Baguio, Session Road, and the Baguio Cathedral. * Transit: The Victory Liner terminal is about a 15-minute walk away, and there is a convenient jeepney stop right in front of the property. Room & Amenities * Spacious & Comfortable: The quadruple room is very spacious, and the air conditioning unit is top-notch—it easily kept the large room wonderfully cold. * Connectivity: The Wi-Fi is strong, and we had no trouble streaming YouTube directly on the room's TV. * Toilet & Bath: Well-equipped with complimentary toiletries, reliable hot and cold shower, and a bidet. Service & Exceptional Hospitality The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special: * Celebration Support: Though we requested a birthday setup a couple of days too late (they require a week's notice), we offered an alternative by bringing our own banner and asking for help hanging it. They were extremely accommodating, gladly assisted us, and even remembered to prompt us about it upon check-in. * Thoughtful Touches: They surprised my nephew with complimentary birthday cookies! * Post-Checkout Flexibility: They graciously allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, and even stored my medical device in their chiller to keep it safe. Areas for Improvement * In-Room Refrigeration: The room featured a chiller rather than a proper refrigerator. Upgrading to a standard refrigerator in the room would make it even better. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Baguio thanks to its unbeatable location, comfortable rooms, and incredibly accommodating staff!

    at first we were given the wrong room and we complained ,thank God we were being accommodated properly,room was big and clean but buffet breakfast is worst , smalll variety of food choieces and no loaf bread available…unfortunately we requested for late check out but we were denied…not the expected hotel i am looking for what we paid ..therefore ,my payment is not worthy of the place
