    New, nice and cosy - the smell of pinewood - near SM Baguio, walkable distance to session road - nice rooftop cafe with overall view. Only setback the price a bit steep though. On the whole it is good!

    Staff are friendly and helpful. No complaints. Baggage storage service is top notch, you can store if you arrived early, and you can also leave it after checking out. Great location. I just don’t like their standard room, very narrow and small space, not enough room for luggages and other items. Shower fixture is also broken, hard to control the temperature. It was raining for weeks when we visited, thus the room feels damp and humid. Overall it’s still recommended due to its location, staff, and services. A bit pricey but maybe due to its good location.

    For a room good for 4, it was small. We booked the 29sqm room, they gave us the 21sqm, and we were just told the property can't do anything about it. Agoda is VERY SLOW in answering concerns. The gave us complimentary breakfast, and it's so not worth it. Location is good but the entire experience is not.
