I love the condotel how it's cleaned and prepared everything we need. No need for AC because the weather in Baguio is cold.
It's just that there are things you can consider if Condotel or Hotel. Because in Condotel it's just like everything you need for cooking is there. But, for the hygiene kits like toothbrush is not there. Everything is okay. Not really a big deal for me.

Roomier than just a hotel room. Nice view. Safe building. The unit was clean and comfortable for at least one night.
Not having A/C is ok given the nice weather in Baguio but it puts you at the mercy of drivers and motorists that at times decide to rev their engines. Entering the unit we encounter troubles operating the door with the card provided, further instructions or photos may help.

The location was convenient to places we visited.
Room was small, too bad if there's more than 2x people staying.
Not enough cooking utensils.
Linen supply was atrocious, no top linen on the beds, we have to buy our own.
No hot water connected to the sink to wash dishes, ended up boiling water.
Light flickering , and sometimes not turning off.
