    We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. This is our third time to stay here again. Although we requested a room with balcony and mountain view our room was covered by the roof of the adjacent hotel. The front desk officer was not able to give our request and asked if we wanted to change rooms with the higher floor would be additional cost so we opted to just get this room instead. The bed is comfortable and pillows are soft. The room is clean although the bathroom has some molds on some tile grouts. The breakfast has a lot of Filipino breakfast choice. The heated pool is a plus. The hotel is good for family and group size and also for couples. Great place to start your activities and tour around Baguio. I would recommend this hotel.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service That Made My Birthday Extra Special! I had an amazing stay! The service was truly top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What made my experience even more memorable was the lovely birthday surprise they prepared for me, complete with birthday greetings and a cake! 🎂 It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel extra special and appreciated. The breakfast was truly something to look forward to—so delicious that my husband enjoyed four plates! 🍽️ From the warm hospitality to the excellent service and delicious food, everything exceeded my expectations. You can really feel that they genuinely care about their guests and want them to have a wonderful experience. Thank you for making my birthday stay so memorable! This hotel definitely deserves five stars. Highly recommended, and I will surely be coming back again! ❤️

    Our car was obviously purposely damaged while it was just parked at the hotel for 3 days. It had a huge dent on the front passenger side door.
