First Class Modern Suite in City Hub Baguio City

Location, still clean since it’s brand new. Space is great.

Lack of towel racks, hand towel rack, had to ask for bath mats. Exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working.

Perfect spot to stay in Baguio City. Brand new building, very clean and well maintained apartment. Very close to main mall and amazing food spots (within the building itself, there is a Japanese restaurant in the 1st Floor and a Korean restaurant in the 2nd floor) . The basement has what is probably the best gym in Baguio City (comparable to high end gyms in the US) complete with massage options. They even provide a free parking spot for people who drive up to Baguio City (you must talk to the host about this, as the listing's option for parking that is situated in the building's underground lot requires payment). All in all, this is a great spot for any length of stay. I'd probably consider this my go-to for every future visit to Baguio.

Mostly my fault since I didn't take the time to read the parking options in the listing, so I ended up paying for the first night of parking within the building. There is an area close by where you can park for free (first come, first served) but you'll need to confirm this with the host before you arrive.
