The shower room construction is terrible. Water is accumulating when taking shower. The floor is sloping the opposite direction, not towards the drain hole.As a result, a pool is created when taking shower. I gave 3 star for the facilities.

I chose ION because it was formerly an IHG hotel. Unfortunately, it no longer seemed to maintain the standards I would expect from an IHG property. The hotel was decent and comfortable, but nothing particularly special, and some areas could use freshening up. It may still be one of the better choices in its price range. The hotel is close to Burnham Park, but the walk back is steep and tiring. On the positive side, there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
